4 c. flour
1 box light brown sugar
6 eggs separated
1 lb. butter
1 qt. pecans or 1 pint of walnuts or pecans
1/2 lb. candied cherries
1/2 lb. candied pineapple
2 oz. lemon extract (4 tbsp.)
1 box golden raisins (optional)

Mix well and pour into greased and floured tube pan.

Bake 1 1/2 hours at 375º.
