4 Pork Chops
2 T. Salad oil
4 Green Pepper Rings
4 Slices of Onion
2/3 C. Long Grain Rice
1 (8 oz) Can Tomato Sauce
1 C. Water

Directions:
Directions:
1. Brown chops in oil. Salt and pepper as desired.
2. Set onion slice into pepper ring on each chop.
3.Sprinkle rice between chops.
4. Spoon 1 tbsp tomato sauce over each chop.
5. Add the rest of the tomato sauce over the rice.
6. Pour water over the top until all is moistened.
7. Bring to a boil. Cover and simmer 50-60 minutes until chops are done.
Serves: 4
