1 c. unsalted butter
1/2 c. sugar
2 egg yolks
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. all purpose flour
1/2 tbsp. baking powder
Jelly of your choice or cherries
Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients then roll out. Cut circles out. Put jelly or cherries in the middle of the circle. Put another circle over it. Then use a fork and press around the outside.

Bake at 350º for 10 - 15 minutes.
