4-5 Chicken Breasts
1 medium onion
2 cans cream of Mushroom soup (or you can use Cream of Chicken or 1 of each)
2 cans Veg All -- drained
2 cups bisquick--I use Low Fat
1 cup milk--I use 2%

Directions:
Directions:
Pre heat oven to 400

Cut up Onion and sauté in pot until tender, add Chicken Breasts and cover with water. Boil until Chicken is done, about 20-30 minutes. Let cool so you can handle the chicken, then shred chicken and put into casserole dish. Mix Soup and Veg all and add 2 cans of broth that chicken was cooked in. Pour into casserole dish with chicken and stir until combined.
Mix Bisquick and Milk and pour on top of chicken/soup/veg all mixture.

Place in oven and bake on 400 for about 30-40 minutes or until top is golden brown.

Serve over Cooked Rice and Enjoy !!
