Ingredients:  
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese
1 cup Colby cheese
1 cup American or Velveeta cheese
1 cup mild cheddar cheese
1 cup Monterrey Jack cheese
1 small can chopped jalapenos
1 small jar pimentos
1/2 bell pepper
1 medium onion

Directions:
Directions:
1. Grate all cheeses and let set until soft.
2. Finely chop jalapenos, pimentos and onion and mix well with cheeses.
3. Roll into balls (I like to make balls about 5" round)
(May be rolled in nuts, if desired.)
4. Must keep refrigerated or freeze for later use.
