3lb large white mushrooms
2lb ground turkey
Italian seasoned bread crumbs
3 cloves minced garlic
2-3 tbsp. olive oil
Pam spray
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350º
2. Wash mushrooms, cutting off stems.
3. Chop stems.
4. Saute stems, garlic, and ground turkey in olive oil.
5. Let cool a little and add bread crumbs--enough to hold all ingredients together, but still moist.
6. Stuff mushrooms to form a little cap.
7. Place on sprayed cookie sheet.
8. Bake for 20 - 30 minutes until stuffing is a little crisp
