3 cups chopped cooked chicken
1 can cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
1 carton sour cream (8 oz)
1 Tbsp. poppy seeds
40 crushed Ritz Crackers
1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted

Directions:
Directions:
1. Combine first four ingredients.
2. Spoon into a greased 11x17 inch baking dish.
3. Combine crushed crackers and butter, and sprinkle over chicken mixture. 4. Bake, uncovered, at 350º for 30 min.
