marmelade d'orange

Ailes diviser au niveau des joints et jeter ou utiliser un bouillon de poulet. Recouvrir une plaque à biscuits de papier d'aluminium résistant et aligner les 'ailes. Mettez la sauce de soja sur les ailes et cuire au four à 350 pendant 1 heure.

Retirer du four. Égoutter le liquide dans une tasse. Recouvrir chaque aile avec de la marmelade d'orange.
Badigeonner chaque aile de liquide drainé, ajouter de la sauce de soja si nécessaire et laisser cuire pendant 1/2 heure de plus à 425°F Ils seront bien brun
