1 stick butter
1/2 c. peanut butter
1 egg
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 1/4 c. flour
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
Reese's peanut butter cups

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter, peanut butter, egg, vanilla & both sugars together. Add flour, baking soda & salt. Mix well. Shape into 1-inch balls & place in mini muffin cups. Bake about 10 minutes at 350º. Immediately press peanut butter cups into cookies while still in muffin cups. Cool slightly & remove to wire rack to cool completely.
