15 oz. can Hormel Chili without beans (or homemade)
1 lb. package of Velveeta cheese
1 jar of sliced jalapeņo peppers (I use pickled ones, fresh works nicely too)
1 bag of Tostitos Scoops (or veggies, cheese puffs, crackers)

Directions:
Directions:
Using a 1 quart casserole dish, layer chili and sliced Velveeta cheese. Microwave for 4 minutes. Remove casserole and stir in sliced jalapeņos to taste. Microwave for an additional 3 minutes until bubbly. Serve with Scoops or other dippers.

I have always volunteered to bring snacks for any party or holiday family dinner, so I'm always looking for new recipes. This dip is a favorite of my "boys" (my cousin Laurie's boys) so I gladly make it for them!
