1 3/4 c flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 c softened butter
1/2 c sugar
1/2 c packed brown sugar
1/2 c peanut butter
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
2 tbsp milk
40 mini Reese’s peanut butter cups

Directions:
Directions:
In a small bowl combine flour, salt and baking soda.

In a large bowl cream butter, sugars and peanut butter. Beat in egg, vanilla, and milk. Slowly add dry ingredients until well combined.

Drop into small muffin tins (should make 40).

Bake in a preheated 375º oven for 8 minutes. Press in Reese’s peanut butter cups. Let cookies cool in pan.

Note: Tip for measuring peanut butter: fill a measuring cup with 1/2 cup cold water. Drop in peanut butter until the water level reaches 1 cup, then drain out cold water.
