2 pkg. broccoli coleslaw mix
2 bunches green onions, chopped (use less if you prefer)
1 c. roasted sunflower seeds
1 c. slivered almonds
2 pkg Ramen Noodles, crumbled up

Dressing:
1 c. oil
1/2 c. sugar
1/3 c. rice vinegar
2 packets beef seasoning from Ramen

Combine dressing ingredients in a pan, bring to boil and cool.

Add to salad ingredients just before serving.

My granddaughter, Mia, was adopted from China. When she was baptized, we had a luncheon afterwards. One of the guests made this Asian salad and thus it became "Mia's Asian Salad."
