Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 package Betty Crocker Fudge Brownie Mix
1/4 c. water
2 eggs
1/4 c. oil
1/2 c. finely chopped nuts (optional)
2 c. heavy cream
1/3 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. (or more depending on preference) instant coffee
1/2 c. chocolate chips melted or shaved chocolate

Directions:
Directions:
Prep time 45 min to 1 hour (including bake time)

1. Heat oven to 350º
2. Grease and flour two 9-inch round pans (it will be difficult to remove the brownies if the pans are not well covered).
3. Blend brownie mix, water, and eggs. Spread into pans. The layers will be thin.
4. Bake 20 minutes. Cook 5 minutes then remove from pans and cool completely on racks. Be very careful when removing. I run a knife around the edges and loosen the tortes as much as possible before inverting onto the racks. If it breaks a little just push it back together. It won't be noticeable after you cover it with the whipped cream!
5. Beat cream until it starts to thicken. Gradually add brown sugar and instant coffee. Continue beating until stiff. Use the whipped cream as filling between the layers and frost with the rest.
6. Melt the chocolate chips (with a bit of milk and butter for drizzling consistency) in the microwave for 30-40 seconds. Drizzle over the cooled brownie torte. I drizzle vertically and then horizontally for a criss cross pattern.
7. Refrigerate until serving. Enjoy!

Makes 10-12 servings
