1 1/4 cup Sugar
1/2 c butter, softened
2 eggs
1 1/2 cup very ripe bananas, mashed
1/2 cup buttermilk
2 1/2 cups All purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 cup pecans, chopped
1 tsp. groud cinnamon
1/2-3/4 tsp. ground cloves

Preheat oven to 350º
In large bowl cream sugar and butter. Add eggs, bananas, buttermilk and vanilla. Beat until smooth. Stir in Flour, bakig soda, sal, cinnamon and cloves until just moistened. Using an icecream scoop scoop into muffin tins lined with muffin cups. Bake until a toothpick comes out clean.
