Ingredients: 1 x 3lb package Velveeta Cheese Spread 3 x can Carnation Evaporated Milk 1 x stick margarine 1 1/4lb x elbow or any type of macaroni of your choice

Directions:Prep time 25 minutes
1. Cut up cheese in cubes 2. Place cheese, evaporated milk and margarine in a pot and stir over low heat until melted into a cheese "sauce." Stir continuously since the mixture can burn easily. 3. Boil macaroni - al dente and drain. 4. Pour some of the cheese mixture in a casserole the size of a half pan (catering size) and add macaroni then remaining cheese sauce. 5. Stir together until well blended. 6. Bake at 350º for approximately 45 minutes (dependent on your oven).
Makes 10-12 servings
**If you want to add crabmeat, you ned to purchase fresh crabmeat in a can in the fish department. Add the crabmeat to the mixture between steps 4 and 5. |
