Dressing:
3/4 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup sugar
2 tbsp. soy sauce

Crunch:
1/2 cup butter or margarine
1/2 cup sesame seeds
2 tbsp. sugar
2 packages Ramen Noodles (crushed)
3 oz. slivered almonds

Greens:
1 large head Chinese cabbage (coarsely chopped)
4 green onions (sliced)
Optional: 1 can mandarin oranges

Directions:
Directions:
Dressing: Combine all ingredients in a jar with tight fitting lid and shake well. Set aside until just ready to serve.

Crunch: Saute all ingredients in a skillet with butter until light brown (medium low heat). Stir frequently as it can burn easily.

Assembly: Place cabbage and green onions in large salad bowl. Pour dressing, then the crunch and toss. Add mandarin oranges if you like
