1 Pound Ground Beef
1 Savoy’s Dressing Mix
1 can Cream Of Mushroom Soup
1 can Rotel Tomatoes
2 cups Cooked Rice (Use Cornbread instead of rice for cornbread dressing)
1 onion
1 bell pepper
1 stick of Butter
3 - 5 boiled and de-boned turkey necks (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
In a large pot, brown the ground meat. In a separate pan, sauté’ the onion and bell pepper in the butter. Add onions to the ground meat. Add the dressing mix, mushroom soup, Rotel tomatoes, and turkey neck meat. Cook on a medium high heat for about 15 minutes. Add the rice and mix thoroughly. Let it stand for about 30 minutes.
