3 cans Whole Kernel Corn (with about ˝ of the juice from each can)
3 cans Sweet Cream-Style Corn
2 cans Rotel diced tomatoes
1 stick butter
1 onion, chopped
1 half pint Whipping Cream
2 bags of frozen Shrimp (small-med size) (rinse well and sit aside)

Directions:
Directions:
Sautee the onion in a stock pot with the melted stick of butter. Add in the Rotel tomatoes and cans of corn. Cook this on low for about 30 minutes or until bubbling. When this mixture is hot, add in the Shrimp. Cook for another 30 minutes and then add in ˝ (or a little more) of the whipping cream to thicken the soup. Season to taste with Tony’s seasoning and salt and pepper. Bon appétite!
