1 pkg yeast
1/2 c. warm water
Let rise 5 min.
3 c. warm water
1 c. butter
2 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 1/2 T. salt
9-11 cups flour

Directions:
Directions:
Begin by 4:30 to 5 pm. Dissolve yeast in warm water. Add melted butter, sugar and salt. Stir and add well beaten eggs. Add flour; mix and knead. Knead every hour until 9:30 or 10 pm. Make into buns. Cover with dish towel and lay piece of plastic over towel. Let rise until morning. Bake at 350 degrees 10 minutes.

Donna, Sharon and Janice would make these at neighbors when they were babysitting. Family had 8 children, Guess that is why they needed so many buns.
It helps to start around 5pm.
