2 c flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 1/2 tsp freshly grated lemon zest
1 tsp coriander
2 tbsp poppy seeds
3/4 c butter, soft
1 c sugar
2 large egg yolks
1 large whole egg
1 1/2 tsp lemon extract

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 300º
2. In mixing bowl, combine flour, soda, zest, coriander and poppy seeds.
Mix well with whisk and set aside.
3. In large bowl, cream butter and sugar on medium speed until mix forms
grainy paste. Scrape sides of bowl.
4. Add yolks, egg and lemon extract. Beat on medium speed until light
and fluffy.
5. Add flour mix and mix on low speed just until combined. DO NOT
OVERMIX.
6. Drop by rounded spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets 2" apart.
7. Bake 23 - 25 minutes or until cookies are slightly brown along edges.
8. Immediately transfer cookies with spatula to a cool surface.
