1 pkg. lemon cake mix
1 pkg. lemon instant pudding mix
4 eggs
1/4 cup lemon juice
3/4 cup water
1/2 cup oil
grated rind of 1 lemon

Glaze:
juice and rind of 1 lemon
1 cup powdered sugar
dash of salt

Grease a bundt or angel food cake pan. In a mixer mix all the ingredients and beat at slow speed, scraping bowl. Beat 2 minutes on medium speed. Pour into greased pan and bake at 350 degrees, about 45-50 minutes. Test with wooden pick. Allow to cool 10 minutes, then invert on dish. Prick all over with a fork and brush glaze on immediately.

Mix all ingredients until smooth and brush all over cake.
