1 1.2 c, sugar
3 T. cornstarch
1/2 t. salt
1/2 c. cocoa
3 c. milk
3 egg yolks, slightly beaten
1 T. butter
1 1/2 t. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together sugar, cornstarch, salt and cocoa. Stir in gradually milk.
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens and boils.
Boil 1 minute and remove from heat. Gradually stir at least 1/2 mixture into the beaten egg yolks. Blend back into hot mixture in saucepan. Boil 1 minutes more stirring constantly. Remove from heat.
Blend in butter and vanilla.

Pour into 1 single crust baked pie crust.

Chill, top with whipped cream.
