Dressing:
1/2 c. olive oil
juice of 1 lemon
fresh ground salt and pepper
3 large garlic cloves
2-3 anchovie fillets
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
1/4 c. finely grated imported Parmesan cheese
2 egg yolks, coddled (run eggs in shell under extremely hot water for a few minutes)

Salad:
1 head of romaine lettuce
1/4 c. coarsely grated imported Parmesan
chopped green onions
capers
real bacon bits
roasted potatoes cut in 1/2" cubes instead of croutons

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven at 425. Put all ingredients of dressing in blender and combine well until pulverized. Meanwhile, cook bacon until crisp and add potatoes (toss lightly with olive oil and salt) to roast for about 30 mins until golden brown.

Mix salad together with dressing and toss in potatoes last minute and serve.
