1 1/2 C flour
1/2 C sugar
1/2 C dutch process cocoa powder
1 t baking powder
1/2 t salt
6 T melted, unsalted butter
2 large eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 C white chips
1 C powder sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Whisk the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder and salt in a medium bowl. Whisk in the melted butter and eggs until combined, then stir in the white chips. Cover with plastic wrap and chill until firm, about 1 hour.

Preheat the oven to 350º. Like 2 baking sheets with parchment paper. Put the powder sugar in a shallow bowl. roll tablespoons of the dough into balls, then roll in the p. sugar until well coated. Place 1 inch apart on the baking sheets.

Bake 10 mins until cookies are puffed and tops are cracked. Let cool about 2 mins on the baking sheets then transfer to a rack to cool completely.
