2 lbs. Pork or Beef Ribs (Bone or Boneless)
2 bottles Chili Sauce
1 lg. can of Pears
1 Tsp. Vinegar
1 Heaping Tsp. Brown Sugar
1Tbl. spoon Diced Onion
A Sprinkle of Garlic Powder
Salt & Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Place spare ribs in a Covered Roasting Pan In a small pan mix chili sauce, pear juice, vinegar, brown sugar, onion, garlic powder, salt & pepper (to taste), bring to just boiling. Spread mix over ribs, place pear slices on top of ribs, cover pan & place in oven at 325°for approx. 2 hours or until tender.
