Ingredients:
Ingredients:
½ cup All Bran Cereal
1 cup Oatmeal (quick cooking or old-fashioned)
1 cup scalded Milk
1 package Yeast
1 cup warm Water (about 105-110 °F)
½ cup Molasses
1 t Salt
6 cups Flour, plain

Directions:
Directions:
Scald milk by heating to near boiling. Pour hot milk over the cereal and oatmeal in a large bowl. Let sit for 5-10 minutes. While cereal and oatmeal soften, dissolve the yeast in the warm water in a small bowl. Add the molasses and salt to the cereal and check the temperature. If it is below 110 °F, add the dissolved yeast and mix well. Add the flour and stir to make a dough. Knead dough and add small amounts of flour if it is too sticky. After about 5 minutes of kneading, you should have a dough that is smooth and elastic but not stiff or sticky. Cover the dough and let it rise in a warm place for at least one hour. Punch the dough down and form into two round loaves. Place loaves on baking sheets and let rise for an additional hour. Bake for about 20 minutes at 325 °F until golden. Let cook on racks. Best served warm straight from the oven but can be frozen and thawed.
