300g fettuccine, uncooked
1 lbs. boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into strips
2 garlic cloves, pressed
1 small onion, chopped
1 1/4 cup chicken broth
4 tsp. flour
1/3 cream cheese
3 tbsp. Parmesan cheese. divided
1/4 tsp. seasoned salt
1/2 tsp. parsley flakes
pepper to taste
1/2 cup frozen peas (optional)

Cook pasta as directed on package
Heat large skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium heat. Add chicken, garlic, and onion. Cook 5 to 7 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. Remove chicken from skillet.
Mix flour and broth in same skillet. Stir in cream cheese, 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese, seasoning salt and pepper. Cook 2 minutes, stirring until mixture boils and thickens. Stir in the chicken.
Drain pasta and place in large serving bowl. Pour chicken mixture over pasta, tossing to coat. Sprinkle with remaining Parmesan cheese and parsley flakes.
As a variation, 1 add 1/2 cup frozen peas to the cream mixture and allow them to cook for a few minutes before adding the chicken.
