2/3 cups. brown sugar
3 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. milk
1 cup. icing sugar
Directions:
Directions:
Boil brown sugar, butter and milk, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and cool. Beat in icing sugar, add more if it doesn't appear thick enough.
