1 1/2 tasse de salsa
1/2 tasse de cassonade
2 c. à soupe moutarde de Dijon
2 poitrines poulet désossées sans la peau coupées en cube

Méthode
1e. Préchauffer le four à 400°F.
2e. Mélanger ensemble la salsa, la cassonade et le moutarde de Dijon.
3e. Mettre les blancs de poulet dans un plat peu profond allant au four.
4e. Verser le mélange de salsa sur les blancs de poulet.
5e. Cuire au four préchauffé à 400°F pendant 25 minutes
Servir avec du riz ou des pâtes.
