1/2 Cup Cornstarch
1/2 Cup Icing Sugar
1 Cup Flour
3/4 Cup Real Butter or Margarine (Real Butter is Best)
Maraschino Cherries (Cut in half to top cookies)
Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and icing sugar, add corn starch and flour, and combine to form a soft dough. Roll into 1" ball and flatten with a fork with a criss cross pattern. Add half of a maraschino cherry and bake at 300º for approx. 20-25 mins or until very lightly browned around the edges. Do not overbake.
