1 cup Sour Cream
1/2 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
1/2 cup Mayo
1/2 cup each finely chopped green and red peppers
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.

Serve in hollowed out green/red pepper for a new twist!
