Ingredients:

1 Large Onion (finely chopped)
5 Cloves of garlic (chopped)
1/4C Olive oil
1 small can of Tomato Paste
3/4C Red Wine
1 tbsp Oregano
1 tsp Basil
2 Large cans of Tutturosso crushed tomatoes
1 handful of Sugar

Directions:
Directions:
On low heat, pour olive oil in pan with onion and garlic. Cook until they are opaque. Add the tomato paste, red wine, oregano, basil and sugar stirring regularly. Add the 2 cans of crushed tomatoes and 2 1/2 cans of cold water.
(If you do not like the thick tomato you can use a pulser to get rid of it)

Once the sauce is hot add meatballs and then simmer for two hours.
