1 Recipe of Cornbread (Prepared)
1 Envelope Dry Ranch Dressing
1 c. (8 oz.) Sour Cream
1 c. Mayonnaise
2 Cans (16 oz.) Pinto Beans - Drained
2 c. Shredded Cheddar Cheese
10 Slices of Bacon - Crumbled
2 Cans Whole Kernel Corn-Drained
1/2 c. Chopped Red/Green Bell Pepper
1/2 c. Chopped Green Onion
1/2. Chopped Tomatoes
2 qty. Chopped Jalapeņos- Fresh Seeds Removed

Prepare cornbread, cool. Stir together Mayonnaise, dry ranch dressing packet, sour cream until blended; set aside. Combine tomatoes. bell peppers, onions and jalapeņo peppers; toss gently. Crumble 1/2 of the cornbread into a large bowl. Top with half each of the beans, tomato mixture shredded cheese, bacon, corn and dressing mixtures. Repeat layers. Cover and chill for at least 3 hours. When ready to serve, stir the whole mess together.
