4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 cup salsa
1 cup chicken broth
2 cups Minute Rice – uncooked
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Bring chicken, salsa and broth to boil in large skillet. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes. Return to boil. Stir in rice and sprinkle with cheese. Cover. Cook on low heat for 5 minutes.
