1 Cup Sugar, 2 Cups sifted flour, 1 Teaspoon Salt, 1 Teaspoon Soda, 1 Teaspoon Cinnamon, 1 Teaspoon Nutmeg, 2 cups Quick cooking Oats, 1 Cup Seedless Raisins, 2 Eggs, 3/4 cup Oil or melted shortening, 1/2 cup milk, 1 Teaspoon Vanilla.

º 350 about 15 minutes Sift sugar, flour, salt, soda, cinnamon and Nutmeg into bowl. Add Oats and Raisins. Beat eggs. Add shortening, milk and Vanilla. Add to dry Ingredients and beat well. Drop by Teaspoonfuls onto greased Baking Sheet. Bake in moderate oven(350 degrees) about 15 minutes. Makes about 3 Dozen Cookies.
