3 lbs. hamburger
6 oz. sour cream
3 eggs, beaten
1/2 onion, chopped
1 box Stove Top Stuffing
Gravy:
3 c. Cream of Chicken soup
1 c. whole milk
6 oz. sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Mix hamburger, sour cream, onion & Stove Top Stuffing together well. Shape into about 40 meatballs & brown in 350º oven for about 30 minutes, until done.
Make Gravy by mixing soup, milk & sour cream together. Pour over meatballs & bake 1 hour at 350º.
