6 slices bacon
4 eggs
2/3 c. butter, softened
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 C. Flour
1/2 tsp. salt
3 c.oatmeal
1 C. sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
Directions:
Directions:
Fry Bacon and drain, cool
Cook and scramble 2 of the eggs and set aside
Cram together butter and sugar
Stir in 2 remaining eggs and vanilla.
Add flour, salt and oatmeal and mix well.
Fold in Bacon, scrambled eggs and cheese
Drop by teaspoonfuls on greased cookie sheets
Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
