1-1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. bread crumbs (3 slices bread)
2/3 c. milk
1 beaten egg
1 T. dehydrated onions
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. dry mustard
1/8 tsp. garlic salt
1-1/2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large mixing bowl, combine first 10 ingredients. Spray 9x5x3 in. loaf pan with non-stick cooking spray. Place meat mixture into pan. Cover the top of the meatloaf with catsup. Bake for 1 hr or until no pink remains. Yield: 7 to 8 servings.
