1/4 c. semi sweet chocolate chips
2/3 c. granulated sugar
2 tablespoons cornstarch
3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon unsalted butter
2 1/2 c. milk

Directions:
Melt chocolate chips over low heat. Combine the rest of the ingredients. Cook about ten minutes or until it thickens. While it is still warm pour it in your popsicle molds. Freeze 30 minutes then insert the sticks. Takes several hours to freeze.

My husband and grandchildren love these treats. I had to buy more molds so I could double the recipe. I substitute Splenda or Stevia for the sugar for my husband who is diabetic.
