1/2 tsp Sesame Oil
2 tsp Ginger finely grated
2 Garlic cloves minced
1/3 cup Peanut butter
1Tbsp brown sugar packed
2 Tbsp lime juice
2 Tbsp soya sauce
1/2 tsp Chili paste (sambal oelek)
1/2 cup coconut milk

Directions:
Directions:
Heat sesame oil in small saucepan on medium. Add ginger and garlic. Heat and stir for about 1 min until fragrant. Add next five ingredients. Heat and stir for about 5 mins until peanut butter in melted. Add coconut milk. Heat and stir for about 1 min until bubbling. Cool to room temp. Makes about 1 cup of sauce. Serve with chicken satay skewers.
