1lb boneless skinless chicken breast cut into 1/2 inch strips
2 Tbsp Sesame oil
1/2 tsp Paprika
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
12 Bamboo Skewers (soaked in water for 10 min)

Directions:
Directions:
Put chicken into large resealable freezer bag. Combine next four ingredients in small cup. Pour over chicken. Seal bag. Turn until coated. Let stand in fridge for 1-2 hrs, turning occasionally. Remove chicken.
Thread chicken, accordion-style, onto skewers. Arrange on baking sheet lined with greased foil. Bake in 350º oven for about 15 mins, turning once at halftime, until no longer pink inside. Serve with peanut sauce (Misc section)
