1/4 cup butter (1/2 stick)
2 oz unsweetened chocolate
2/3 cup sugar
1 egg plus 1 egg yolk
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa
1/2 cup choc chips
Ice Cream
Choc sauce, for drizzle
Directions:

Combine butter and choc in glass bowl, microwave for 45sec, then stir until smooth.

Whisk sugar, then egg and egg yolk. Whisk in vanilla and sift in cocoa powder. Fold together and add choc chips. Divide into 6 greased jumbo muffing pans/individual ramekins (about 1/4 cup in each).

Bake at 350º for 15-20min, until tops are shiny.

Run a knife around the edge of cakes, remove from pan. Cool a few minutes on a rack. Transfer to plates. Top with a scoop of ice-cream and drizzle with choc sauce and serve.
