Ingredients:
Milk
Eggs
Flour
Pinch of salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix milk, eggs, salt and flour to make a very thick batter. Pour it into a baking pan, lay slices of salt pork or very thin sliced pork on the top .Bake in 350ºF oven until it is done. Serve with butter or butter and syrup. You do not cover the batter completely with the salt pork, just 1 piece on each serving. ( You may want to try using bacon on the top)

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
I am not sure how the pork slices or bacon will work ,as Mom (Grandma Schutte ) only used salt pork.
