1 Pkg frozen chopped broccoli
2 cups cooked rice
1 ¼ can cream of chicken soup
1 8oz jar Cheez Whiz
1 can water chestnuts (drain water)
Crumbs (dried bread crumbs or we sometimes use crumbled saltine crackers)
½ - 1 stick of butter

Directions:
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 400 degrees
2. Grease a casserole dish.
3. Cook broccoli and rice per their cooking instructions.
4. Cream soup and Cheez Whiz together.
5, In another bowl, mix broccoli and rive together. Drain well.
6. Add water chestnuts and soup mix into broccoli and rice.
7. Pour into greased casserole dish.
8. Put a layer of crumbs on top.
9. Add some pats of butter on top.
10. Cook at 400 degrees until bubbly for about 15-20 minutes.
