6 baker size Yukon Gold or Red potatoes
6 slices thick bacon
2 bunches green onions, sliced
1/2C slice celery

Dressing:
1/2C apple cider vinegar
1/4C canola oil
1T sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1tsp garlic powder
1T grainy mustard
1T fresh sage, poppy seeds or celery seeds

Directions:
Directions:
Boil potatoes in salted water till barely tender to a fork, then peel and slice.

Microwave Bacon for 5-6 min. on paper towels , chop

Mix potatoes, bacon, celery and onions together.

Mix dressing ingredients together. Add as much as you like to salad.

This is good for picnics because there is no mayo. It is traditionally served warm.
