1 cup milk
1 cup vegetable oil
2 cups sugar
4 eggs, well beaten
2 cups grated carrots
1 cup raisins
3 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
2 teaspoons baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl beat eggs, add milk, sugar and oil. Sift together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cinnamon. Add to egg mixture with the gated carrots, nutmeg and raisins.Check them after 45 minutes to make sure they do not overcook.
