4 cups chopped cucumbers
4 cups chopped onions
1 bunch chopped celery
1 small cauliflower, chopped
2 green peppers chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Cover the vegetables with a HOT brine, 1/2 cup pickling salt for each 4 cups of hot water. Let stand overnight.
In the morning drain the salt water off and add :
4 cups of sugar
4 cups vinegar
1/2 Tablespoon turmeric
1/2 teaspoon mustard seed
Let come to a boil and slowly add !/2 cup of flour and 3 Tablespoons dry mustard that has been mixed with water to make a paste. Cook until thick. Pour into pint sealers and seal.
