Ingredients:  
1/2 pound round steak or minute steak
2 eggs beaten
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/2 cup fine dry bread crumbs
1/3 cup cooking oil
1 medium onion minced
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon marjoram
1-- 6 ounce can tomato paste
2 cups hot water
1/2 pound sliced mozzarella cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cut meat into individual pieces and pound to about 1/4 inch thick. Dip into egg, roll into mixture of parmesan cheese and bread crumbs. Brown meat in the oil until golden brown. Lay in a wide shallow baking dish. Cook onion over low heat until soft. Stir in salt, pepper,marjoram,sugar and tomato paste. Add hot water and boil for 5 minutes. Pour most of the sauce over the meat and top with mozzarella cheese slices then put the remaining sauce over the top. Bake at 350º F for 1 hour. Serve over spaghetti or rice.
