1 package cream cheese
1 package dry ranch dressing
1/2 cup green onions, cut fine
1/2 red peppers ,cut fine
1/2 cup celery, cut fine
cheddar cheese
8 tortilla shells ,any kind you choose

Directions:
Directions:
Spread cream cheese over tortillas and sprinkle with cheddar cheese,and the vegetables. Roll up and wrap each tortilla separately in saran wrap(they moisten better if wrapped individually) Chill at least 2 hours, and them slice into 1 to 1/2 inch slices. You can use any vegetables you want (shredded carrots are also good in these).
