Filling:
4 cups cooked pumpkin, well drained or use canned pumpkin
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup flour (only if using fresh cooked pumpkin )
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ginger
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper (optional)

DOUGH :
1 cup cream 1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup oil
3 eggs
1/4 cup sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/8 teaspoon salt
Flour as needed for a stiff dough

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare filling and set aside, then prepare the dough.
Roll the dough to 1/4 to 1/2 inch thick cut into 3 inch squares . Put a Tablespoon or more on the dough and bring the ends together and pinch to form a pocket. Bake in a 350º F. oven for about 20 minutes or until a light brown.

If the filling is too runny you can add a bit of flour to thicken it.
